What is it?
The Feel Good Project is a safe space, supporting a non disordered community. It is for for those wanting to improve their health, find their happiness and connect with like minded people.
It is:
- a non-judgemental space to have questions answered and discuss nutrition, fitness and health
- a reliable & educational platform
- values-led and goal oriented to help you achieve your personal health goals
- somewhere that places the way you feel, over the way you look
- a safe space to be for as long or as little as you need
- created with you in mind

How does it work?
Our goal is arm you with the tools you need to find and sustain your happiest and healthiest life. To find what feels good, not just for now, but forever.
Limited Capacity
The Feel Good Project opens the doors for new intakes every 12 weeks. We limit capacity to ensure we build a supportive community and to give you all the attention you need.
Support Levels
When you enroll you can choose your level of support and how much contact you’ll need. You’ll receive an intake form so I can learn all about you, and what you need in order to feel your best.
Training Programs
You’ll receive weekly training programs based on your goals, experience, values and preferences. You can follow and track this all directly in your Health ID Members Area.
Live Group Calls
We have fortnightly live group calls (led by me!) to discuss what’s been happening for you, your weekly wins and what might be more challenging. Each session has a different topic, but we can talk about what ever is needed at the time.
Educational Content
Across the first 12 weeks you’ll receive educational video modules and downloads surrounding nutrition, lifestyle & fitness. After the initial 12 weeks, you can choose to stay on for as long as you wish, or if you've got what you need, great!
Online Check Ins
Depending on your membership you’ll also have bi-weekly online check ins with me, to monitor your weekly wins & challenges and provide accountability and compassionate support towards your goals.
The Feel Good Project is for those who
- want to feel calm and in control around food
- want to learn how to nourish their body and find their optimal health
- need their questions answered in a simple and non disordered way
- want to move their body, exercise and train in a way that feels good, and does good
- want to step away from unsustainable methods, and find a way of eating and living they can maintain forever

The Feel Good Project
is not
- a plan that dictates how to live your life
- another diet, or lifestyle change
- a place of rules or restriction
- like anything you've tried before
what do I do?
Enrolment for The Feel Good Project only opens once every 12 weeks with limited capacity to ensure a stable and secure community.
Each cohort runs for 12 weeks.
The fortnightly group calls take place every other Monday from July 4th, at 8pm BST, they’re laid back, semi structured & put you at the centre.
You can remain in The Feel Good Project for however long you need.
