• 180g dark chocolate
  • 180g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 90g plain flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 50g white chocolate chips
  • 1 pack of graham crackers
  • 100g mini marshmallows

Prep time: 20 mins. Bake time: 20 mins.

I’ve never actually eaten or made a s’more, but if they taste like this then I am definitely missing out.

Pre heat the oven to 160C fan assisted. Prepare a brownie tin with a layer of foil and baking paper (foil underneath the paper). Place the graham crackers in a layer across the base of the tin.

Break up the chocolate and cut up the butter and melt together either in a pan over water or in the microwave (if you use the microwave be careful not to burn the chocolate).

Whisk the sugar & eggs together until thick & foamy, then fold in the chocolate mix.

Add the flour, cocoa powder and chocolate chips all at once and fold through until everything is combined.

Pour the chocolate mix over the prepared tin with the crackers, and spread out evenly. Cover the top in the mini marshmallows.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the brownie surface looks a little ‘dry’.

Allow to cool completely before cutting in to squares (and store airtight!).
