Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 pear
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

Combine the eggs & milk in a bowl. Stir through the oats and cinnamon.

Half the pear & remove the core.

Transfer into a small oven proof dish. Place the pear on top. All artfully and stuff.

Bake at 180c for 20 mins.

Then top!
