• 100g butter
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 50g plain flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 120g peanut M&Ms

Prep time: 15-20 mins. Bake time: 20-25 mins.

How many variations of a brownie can I make before I get bored? The limit does not exist. These colour squares are nutty and crunchy and look so pretty. You can use any type of nut butter if you prefer.

Pre heat the oven to 170C fan. And prepare a brownie tin with a layer of foil and a layer of baking paper.

Break up the chocolate and cut the butter in to squares and melt together in a bowl over water (or in the microwave).

Whisk the eggs & sugar together with a electric whisk until pale, then fold in the melted chocolate & butter.

Add the flour & cocoa powder, and fold until combined.

Pour the brownie mix in to the tin and spread out evenly.

Add the peanut butter in patches, and use the tip of a knife to swirl it throughout the top. Finish with the M&Ms (this quantity is very much up to you).

Bake for 20-25 mins until a light crust has formed on top, and leave to cool before cutting!
