Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 1 egg
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 peach
- Handful of raspberries

Method
- Combine the eggs & milk in a bowl & stir through the oats & chia seeds.
- Transfer into a small oven proof dish. Slice/dice the peach and place on top, scatter the raspberries over.
- Bake at 180c for 20 mins.
- Then top!
