Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 peach
  • Handful of raspberries

PEACH & RASPBERRY BAKED OATS

So Baked Oats are kinda my thing. It’s like cake for breakfast and you’ll find that most of my flavour combinations reflect this…

Method

  1. Combine the eggs & milk in a bowl & stir through the oats & chia seeds.
  2. Transfer into a small oven proof dish. Slice/dice the peach and place on top, scatter the raspberries over.
  3. Bake at 180c for 20 mins.
  4. Then top!
