- 1 tin of tuna
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 30g cheese
- 1 tbsp spicy mayo

LAZY GIRL TUNA MELT
PREP TIME : 10 mins. SERVES: 1
A super simple, but highly effective lunch. It’s high protein, and high fibre, and I like to an edge by using spicy mayo (or regular mayo & sriracha). A classic.
Drain the tuna and add to bowl with the spicy mayo, salt & pepper. Mash together.
Lightly toast two slices of bread & grate the cheese.
Add the tuna mix to one side of the bread, add the cheese & then the top slice of bread.
Transfer to a frying pan over a medium heat, and cook on each side until golden brown & the cheese melts.
Serve along side a dressed salad and enjoooooy.
