Ingredients
- 50g ground coffee
- 400ml water
- + ice & milk to serve

So I thought cold brew would be really complex to make for some reason. But it actually requires mush less skill than hot coffee. But much more time…
Method
Add your coffee to a large jug – I like to use my cafetiere.
Pour over the water & stir well.
Leave in the fridge for 12-24 hours. The longer you leave it, the more intense & strong it becomes.
Either pour through a sieve/muslin – or if you’re also using a cafetiere, use the plunge to separate the grounds.
Serve however you like, I like mine over ice with coconut milk. But you do you.
