  • 40g oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml any milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
to serve
  • yoghurt, berries, peanut butter


Prep time : literally 5 mins.

Baked oats is famously known as my favourite breakfast, but I mostly don’t have the time to wait 20-25 mins. So I’ve mastered how to make it in the microwave, in 60 seconds with compromising the cake texture, or dry crunchy top.


Put the oats in a nutribullet and blend by themselves until the form a powder like rough flour.

Combine in a microwaveable bowl with the baking powder, protein powder and milk.

Microwave for 60 seconds.

Top and enjoy  🙂
