Hi, I’m Isabel, a Registered Nutritionist mBANT and Nutritional Therapist CNHC, specialised in women’s health & hormones, and disordered eating.  I’m led by evidenced based science, and have a compassionate approach to my work, focusing on food freedom & gentle nutrition, and believe that food is not only delicious but a key part in us achieving health & well being. 

After battling own health related issues, I know how you feel, and if you’re looking for answers, you’re in the right place.
