Hi, I’m Isabel, a Registered Nutritionist mBANT and Nutritional Therapist CNHC, specialised in women’s health & hormones, and disordered eating. I have an evidenced based science approach to my work, focusing on food freedom & gentle nutrition, and believe that food is not only delicious but a key part in us achieving health & well being. 

After battling own health related issues, I know how you feel, and if you’re looking for answers, you’re in the right place.

Food freedom is feeling in control of food, rather than food controlling you. Embracing Food Freedom means healing your relationship with food, learning to trust your body and finding joyful peace with eating.

Nutritional therapy is an integrative and holistic approach to health, viewing every person as a unique individual and applying Functional Medicine to support the root cause of imbalance.
